These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your use of PituBot, including the website, dashboard, tools, subscriptions, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting an API key, or using PituBot, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. About PituBot
PituBot is an independent third-party tool that provides Binance P2P monitoring, statistics, profit-and-loss calculations, notifications, and supported automation features.
PituBot is not Binance, is not affiliated with Binance, and is not endorsed, sponsored, verified, or approved by Binance.
Binance and all related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You may use PituBot only where its use is lawful. You are responsible for complying with:
- Binance Terms of Use and P2P policies;
- API rules and account restrictions;
- local tax, financial, consumer, data-protection, and other applicable laws.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account when we reasonably believe that the service is being misused or that continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.
3. Your Binance account
PituBot may require you to connect your own Binance account using an API key and API secret that you create inside your Binance account.
You confirm that:
- the Binance account and API credentials belong to you;
- you have permission to connect that account;
- all information you provide is accurate;
- you will not connect another person's account without authorization;
- you are responsible for choosing and reviewing the API permissions.
PituBot does not need withdrawal permission. You must not enable withdrawal access for an API key connected to PituBot.
We strongly recommend restricting the API key to the IP addresses provided by PituBot and enabling only the minimum permissions required for the selected features.
4. Available features
Depending on your plan, account eligibility, Binance permissions, and API availability, PituBot may provide:
- P2P advertisement monitoring;
- transaction and order-history analysis;
- balance and performance statistics;
- profit-and-loss calculations;
- pricing notifications;
- automatic price adjustments;
- advertisement status or management features;
- reports and other related tools.
Some features may not be available to every user or Binance account.
PituBot does not guarantee that Binance will permit or continue permitting any API endpoint, feature, merchant function, or automation.
5. User authorization
When you enable an automation feature, you authorize PituBot to perform the selected actions through your connected API credentials according to the rules and settings you choose.
You are responsible for reviewing:
- pricing formulas;
- minimum and maximum prices;
- order and advertisement limits;
- payment methods;
- automation status;
- account permissions;
- all actions performed through your account.
You must regularly check your Binance account and PituBot settings. You should immediately disable automation and revoke the API key if you notice unexpected activity.
6. No financial advice
PituBot is software, not a bank, exchange, broker, payment provider, financial adviser, investment adviser, or legal or tax adviser.
Information, statistics, calculations, alerts, and automated actions provided by PituBot are not financial or investment advice.
You remain solely responsible for all trading, pricing, tax, compliance, payment, and business decisions.
7. Risks
Using cryptocurrency, Binance P2P, APIs, and automated tools involves risks, including:
- loss of funds;
- incorrect price updates;
- incorrect or delayed data;
- failed API requests;
- software errors;
- internet or server interruptions;
- Binance account restrictions or suspension;
- changes to Binance APIs or policies;
- unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials;
- losses caused by user settings or third-party actions.
You accept these risks when using PituBot.
PituBot does not guarantee profit, uninterrupted operation, error-free results, particular advertisement placement, order volume, account eligibility, or continued Binance access.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Subscription prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase.
Payments are charged in advance. You are responsible for all payment fees, taxes, exchange-rate differences, and other charges connected with your purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may continue until cancelled. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not normally create a refund for the current billing period.
We may change prices or plan features. Changes will apply from the next billing period unless otherwise required by law.
9. No-refund policy
All payments to PituBot are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for:
- unused subscription time;
- failure to use the service;
- accidental purchases;
- user configuration errors;
- unsupported Binance accounts;
- unavailable API permissions;
- Binance restrictions or suspensions;
- API interruptions or changes;
- feature limitations;
- dissatisfaction with results;
- suspension caused by a violation of these terms.
Before paying, you are responsible for reviewing the plan, features, compatibility, price, and billing period.
Nothing in this section excludes a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Prohibited use
You must not use PituBot to:
- break Binance rules or applicable law;
- access an account without authorization;
- use stolen, shared, or unlawfully obtained API credentials;
- create fake orders or manipulate transaction activity;
- perform wash trading or market manipulation;
- use third-party payment accounts contrary to Binance rules;
- misrepresent payment status or transaction amounts;
- avoid account restrictions, sanctions, or verification requirements;
- interfere with PituBot security or infrastructure;
- copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the service without permission;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- use excessive automated requests or abuse the API.
We may immediately suspend or terminate access for prohibited activity.
11. Service availability and changes
We may update, limit, suspend, replace, or remove any feature at any time.
Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security issues, third-party services, Binance API availability, hosting problems, or events outside our control.
We are not responsible for the operation, availability, decisions, or policies of Binance or any other third party.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PituBot and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for:
- lost profits or trading losses;
- loss of funds or cryptocurrency;
- loss of data;
- missed orders or opportunities;
- incorrect advertisement prices;
- Binance restrictions or account suspension;
- unauthorized account access;
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
- losses caused by third-party systems, APIs, payment providers, or users.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to PituBot during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate PituBot for reasonable losses, claims, costs, or expenses resulting from:
- your unlawful use of the service;
- your breach of these terms;
- your violation of Binance rules;
- your infringement of another person's rights;
- unauthorized activity performed through credentials supplied by you.
14. Information we collect
We may collect:
- your name and email address;
- account and subscription information;
- IP address, browser, device, and login information;
- support messages and communications;
- Binance advertiser number or merchant identifier;
- Binance API key and encrypted API secret;
- permitted Binance P2P order, advertisement, balance, and transaction data;
- automation settings and activity logs;
- payment status and billing references;
- cookies and website usage data.
We do not intentionally request your Binance password or two-factor authentication codes.
15. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage your account;
- connect to supported Binance API services;
- provide monitoring, statistics, and automation;
- validate account ownership and API access;
- process subscriptions;
- provide customer support;
- maintain security and prevent abuse;
- diagnose technical problems;
- improve PituBot;
- comply with legal obligations;
- enforce these terms.
Privacy laws may require us to state our lawful basis for processing, retention periods, contact information, and user rights.
16. API credential security
API credentials are sensitive.
Where implemented as described by PituBot:
- API secrets are encrypted before database storage;
- the secret is not displayed again after saving;
- credentials are decrypted only when needed to sign an API request;
- plain-text secrets are not intentionally stored in application logs;
- credentials are not intentionally shown to support personnel in plain text;
- users may disconnect Binance and request deletion of stored credentials.
No security method is completely risk-free. You are responsible for revoking your Binance API key immediately if you suspect that it has been exposed or misused.
17. Sharing information
We may share information only when reasonably needed with:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- database, security, monitoring, and analytics providers;
- payment processors;
- email and customer-support providers;
- professional advisers;
- government authorities where legally required;
- a buyer or successor in connection with a business transfer.
We do not sell Binance API secrets.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
18. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the service;
- maintain security and business records;
- resolve disputes;
- comply with accounting, tax, and legal duties;
- enforce agreements.
API credentials may be deleted after you disconnect your Binance account, subject to technical backups and legal retention requirements.
Backups may retain deleted information temporarily until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
19. Cookies
PituBot may use essential cookies for login, security, sessions, language, and account preferences.
We may also use analytics cookies where permitted. Where required by law, optional cookies will be used only after consent.
20. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request a portable copy of information;
- withdraw consent;
- complain to a data-protection authority.
These rights may be limited where retention is required for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons. GDPR privacy notices generally must explain the controller, processing purposes, retention and relevant rights.
Requests can be sent to support@pitubot.com. We may request reasonable proof of identity before acting on a request.
21. Account deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@pitubot.com or through the available account settings.
Before deletion, you should:
- disable all automations;
- disconnect Binance;
- revoke the API key directly in Binance;
- download any information you wish to keep.
Some records may remain where required by law or reasonably needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights.
22. Security responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- protecting your PituBot password;
- enabling available account-security features;
- keeping your email account secure;
- using restricted API permissions;
- applying an API IP whitelist where supported;
- reviewing connected devices and account activity;
- promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
You must not send an API secret through ordinary support messages unless specifically instructed through a secure process.
23. Intellectual property
PituBot, including its software, interface, branding, text, calculations, and original content, is owned by PituBot or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.
You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create a competing service from PituBot without written permission.
24. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where:
- payment is overdue;
- these terms are violated;
- activity appears fraudulent, unlawful, or unsafe;
- continued service may harm PituBot, Binance, another user, or a third party;
- we are required to do so by law or a service provider.
Termination does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.
You may stop using PituBot at any time. You remain responsible for charges already incurred.
25. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law, security practices, or business operations change.
The updated version will be published with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email.
Continuing to use PituBot after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
